Accounting

 We are currently seeking individuals with one to three years of experience in:

Administrative / Clerical
Accounts Payables
Accounts Receivables
General Ledger work
Reconciliations

These positions will work directly with the Director of Accounting and senior staff members on all functions of accounting and management controls.
 
MIS - Computer

We are currently seeking individuals with one to three years of experience in:

1) Network / Hardware / Computer Support
2) Software / Web Development / Database Support
3) Summer Assistant - Working on Special database projectsw

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist clients with service/repair issues within the Standard Operating Platform
* Facilitates the complete solution for computer issues, upgrades, installations and service at retail locations.
* Work on databases, websites and data management (including information in Excel).

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience with DOS, Windows 9x/ME/2000/XP/Vista or Apple MacOS
* Troubleshooting of Operating Systems and Internet connection issues
* Knowledge of computer hardware diagnostic and troubleshooting
* Software installations and upgrading
* Can install / troubleshoot all computer*related devices (video, sound, modem, printer, scanner, camera, etcetera.
* Experience as a Programmer/Analyst including skills using JAVA, HMTL, JavaScript, SQL, ASP and PHP.

These positions will work directly with the MIS Director and senior staff members on support issues for our clients
 
REQUIREMENTS
 

We prefer individuals with a Bachelors degree in Accounting or MIS, but are willing to look at candidates with equal experience or drive.
We offer both full or part time positions. Pay rates are commensurate with experience.
